What do I do if there is a mechanical problem?
If the bike you are riding has a mechanical problem, or if you see a bike with a mechanical problem, please call the Yellow Bikes office at 859.425.2008 to report it. Please mention the bike number (each bike will have a sticker listing a unique identification number), the location of the bike, and the nature of the problem. Or if you prefer, you may take the bike to the Pedal Power retail store located at 401 S. Upper St and they will repair the bike.
