2008 Rules

  1. You must complete and sign the 2008 Registration and Waiver forms.

  2. Bikes are only checked out for a limited time—three hours.

  3. Bikes are checked out FROM specific locations (Bistro 147, Wines on Vine, Natasha's Bistro, Third Street Stuff, Pedal Power, the High Street Y, Sawyers, DLC, Carnegie Center, etc) and must be RETURNED TO THOSE SPECIFIC LOCATIONS.  More locations coming soon!

  4. To check out a bike, show a photo ID, such as a driver’s license, and surrender your Yellow Bike ID card. In exchange, you'll receive a (unique) key to a specific bike parked outside the checkout location.

  5. While you have the bike, you are responsible for it, and will be responsible for the cost of replacement or repair in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged, up to $300.

  6. You must provide a MasterCard or Visa number at the time of registration.
