It’s been proven that there have been more bike riders on Market Street in California. In fact there are 7% more to give you a clearer picture as to how much more. Many people are using their bike as a form of transportation, and I fully support that decision. However ,we still have a long way to go to to get to our goal of having many more people use their bikes to get to work. I realize that for some it’s just not an option, but I feel like some people are just lazy. If only they realize how much gas and miles they can save on their car, if they just ride their bike to work.If someones work place is within biking distance, I strongly believe they should at least give it a chance the next time they commute.

Although it’s only January, this is the time when many start planning their spring or summer vacation. I am one of those people who does this, as I really look forward to the warm weather.There’s no question as to where I will be going on my vacation this year, as I usually go to the same place. I’ve been going to Ocean City, Maryland for as long as I remember. I can’t think of a better place to go. My cousins and I enjoy riding our bikes on the boardwalk when it’s actually allowed in the summer mornings. They even have multiple seater bikes available to rent and ride.

While my cousins and I enjoy the simplicity of riding a bike, my uncle thinks that golfing is a much better way to spend a lot of his vacation time. He’s one of those people who plays golf all the time, and is so picky when it comes to his golf clubs. I once bought him one from a sporting store, and he almost got offended that I thought he would use such an average one. House Hunters on HGTV is one of those old faithful shows that you can always turn to if there is nothing to watch on television. It seems to always be playing on that network too. I like this show because I think it is interesting the things that people notice and point out when shopping for a new home. Most of the time people have comments on the paint color. I find this comical in a way because the paint color can so easily be changed. It doesn’t really matter if a house is painted magenta throughout. Just get a little primer and a nice neutral gray color and you are good to go you have a brand new house. Other people will point out all of the renovation that they would have to do to each house to make it acceptable to live in. This I can relate to having renovated two houses with my husband.
